Mr. Witch

Mr. Witch is one of the purveyors of the Witchlight Carnival along with his partner Mr. Light. He is a serious man who rarely speaks of his past, though it is known that he and Mr. Light acquired their position through an exchange with the carnival's previous owner. The party also learned that the pair is being blackmailed by a group of hags known as the Hourglass Coven, who have divided up Tasha's domain of Prismeer. Mr. Witch works tirelessly to ensure the carnival runs like clockwork, and has a particuarly strict policy on those who leave the carnival for more than 24 hours, considering their absence to be a resignation. He was not amused to see the party again, but thanks to Reytris' charm spell he offered them an arrangement to return to their positions in exchange for them going to Prismeer to free Tasha and deal with the blackmailing hags (as they are not technically employees yet, this does not count as violating the pact with the hags). Under the influence of the spell, Mr. Witch interrupted his partner, Mr. Light, during the Witchlight Monarch ceremony, and crowned Reytris, much to the shock of the crowd and other entertainers of the carnival. After the spell wore off, Mr. Witch was naturally upset, but still honored the agreement he had made with the party, leading them to the mirror which led to Prismeer.
