Mr. Light

Mr. Light is the other purveyor of the Witchlight Carnival. He is a slender, cheerful Shandar-kai known for his flamboyant style and for being the life of the party. Like his compatriot he speaks very little of his past, but he and Mr. Light do seem to share a deep bond from their mutual history. 
Mr. Light focuses more on keeping the festivities of the carnival jovial and leaves the buisness side of the carnival, including hiring and firing, to Mr. Witch. As such he did not question it when Mr. Witch made the pact with the party upon their return, uncharacteristically giving them a second chance. He did find it particuarly unusual when Mr Witch interrupted his speech at the Witchlight Monarch ceremony, something Mr. Witch had expressed very little interest in, to award Reytris the Witchlight Crown. Things became clear after the charm spell that Reytris had used on Mr. Witch wore off, though the two shadar-kai still honored their agreement and sent the party to Prismeer.
