Jingle Jangle is a kind and friendly goblin with a hyperfixation on keys, which she has an extensive collection of. At some point before moving to Prismeer Jingle Jangle met Crispen/Puppyfoot and became friends. She later found herself befriending the sentient Telemy Hill and started living out of a cave the hill made for her.
On one unfortunate day, Jingle Jangle was out digging for truffles when Agdon Longscarf's band had the misfortune of running into her. They stole her truffles and Agdon personally beat her with a wooden club. Upset, Jingle Jangle returned to her cave where she decided she would stay away from danger.
Not long later the party found their way to Telemy Hill and Crispen and Jingle Jangle reacquainted themselves while March and Reytris also quickly became friends with the goblin. She told them her tale of woe, accepted a musical key from Reytris in exchange for the key to Sir Talavar's cage, and asked them to bring back her truffles.
Eventually the party returned with her truffles and Jingle Jangle agreed to pilot the hot air balloon to take them to Thither. Jingle Jangle remains blissfully ignorant of the party's continued descent into violence, seeing them as pure and moral souls.
Jingle Jangle found her cousin Chucklehead at Loomlurch and together they pulled some strings to arrange a meeting between the party and Granny Nightshade.
