The Cerethian Council

The Cerethian Council is a highly respected group of mages who run,observe, and regulate all sorts of magical things going on in Sukabumi. At a time there are twelve members of the council, eleven one for each subclass, and one for the leader of the council.
MEMBERS
Aranduth (Gold Dragon, School Unknown or none, Leader of the Council)- Aranduth is a gold dragon who was born from one of the most powerful dragons named "Ovoki" in the Krag. Aranduth was the dragon from his clutch who survived. For many years Aranduth lived alone in a cave all by himself. Every once in a while an adventurer would venture into Aranduth's cavern. Aranduth was always hospitable because he found humanoids very interesting. One day a traveler named Nahi found Aranduth's cave and offered to show Aranduth the world. Aranduth agreed and transformed himself into a regular human. Aranduth and the man traveled to the town of Sukabumi. This man was a member of the Cerethian Council. When the man got a new job opportunity and left Aranduth took over his spot, and quickly rose the ranks and became the leader of the Council due to his incredible magical ability.
Tharoth Slytanner (Goliath, War Magic)- Tharoth was born in a small clan in the Krag. Tharoth always enjoyed reading and learning even if his clan disapproved of it. Tharoth not only found learning interesting, but he also found the thrill of war interesting. When Tharoth came of age he decided to leave his clan and traveled to Greenburg. There in Greenberg he got trained by an old soldier, in the way of war magic. Tharoth had a natural talent and he traveled to Sukabumi to learn more about it. It took him many years but he eventually caught the eye of the Cerethian Council and was offered the War Magic position.
Loru Stillstrike (Human, Abjuration School)- Loru was born in the tiny village of Makassar, at a young age she was taught how to protect her village from the dead running loose in the forest. Due to having to protect many people Loru started learning Abjuration. Unfortunately Loru couldn't save her mother from being killed in an attack. After the death of her mother, her father and her moved to Sukabumi to excel in her learning. Loru fell in love with Fenren and her offered her the Abjuration Position.
Jorbar Sabblenoser (Gnome, Conjuration School)-Jorbar is one of the oldest members of the Council. Jorbar was born in Modak. There he studied Conjuration to help the Modron's throughout the city. When Jorbar grew up he decided to adventure around the world. In one of his adventures he met a member of the Council named Nahi. He and Nahi went on an adventurer where a problem befell Jorbar. Jorbar was magically aged, where in acctuality he is maybe 75 but he was magically aged to around 450 years old. Nahi offered a position in the council to Jorbar because he knew he didn't have that long to live.
Fenren Tierstone (Human-Lycanthrope [wolf], Transmutation School)- Fenren was born in the large city of Banderhob. Unfortunately when he was young he was attacked by a werewolf. Fenren was bitten and became a lycanthrope. For a long time Fenren suffered from his curse, but he was able to master it when he started learning transmutation. Fenren's curse allowed him to connect to the ability to change and alter things. Fenren moved to Sukabumi to excel his learning and studied under an old member of the Council. This member soon retired and Fenren took his place.
Vimmah Namne (Aasimar, Illusion School)- Vimmah is an Aasimar descended from Eurstreich the Sun God of Illusions. Unfortunately Vimmah does not know this information. Vimmah's heritage helps her out with Illusion magic. Vimmah was not born anywere, she fell from the heavens and crashed into Sukabumi. The Council that was looking for a new Illusion member found her, trained for a little bit, and eventually gave her a position in the council.
Wodrar Melrahel (Drow Dhampir, Necromancy School)- Wodrar was born in Makassar. When he was young he got lost in the Red Fallows and accidentally wandered into the Shadow-fell. For years the Shadow-fell twisted and changed Wodrar's soul and body for the worse. The Shadow-fell changed Wodrar and gave him a connection to the Necrotic energy in the plane. While wandering the Shadow-fell Wodrar met Nahi Iaong and Nahi helped him escape the Shadowfell. Once back in Cznar Nahi saw Wodrarr's full power and he offered him a job on the council. Many members do not trust Wodrar because he is both Drow and part undead.
Bentharm Brawnfist (Dwarf, Blade-Singer)-Bentharm was born in the Krag. Bentharm trained to be a soldier with his brother and sister. When Bentharm came of age he worked in the Halls of Deception for a long time. The strange occurrences that happened in the Halls allowed Bentharm to gain a knack for the arcane. But unfortunately the Halls just got too hectic for Bentharm, and he went crazy. Bentharm abandoned the halls and moved to Sukabumi. There in Sukabumi Aranduth saw great potential in Bentharm and they had a new position in the Council so Aranduth wanted Bentharm to fill it.
Kiln (Genasi, Evocation School)- Kiln is a Genasi wizard born in a volcano. When Kiln was young he started training and learning how to control and weave the elements. Both him and his sister Garnet became highly skilled Evocation wizards. They both decided to travel to Sukabumi to further their learning. While there Garnet gained the favor of Vimmah the illusion wizard of the Council. Garnet was given a position in the Council, but died in battle a few months later. Looking for a new member Kiln was given the position of Evocation Wizard. Kiln feels very out of place in the Council he feels like he doesn't belong in his sister's position.
Druphec Medseth (Black-Dragonborn, Order of Scribes)- Druphec used to be a well renowned adventurer. Druphec would adventure around with her husband "Finkuth". Druphec loved learning new things while she was adventuring. People would say that Druphec knew all the knowledge there was to know in the world. When Druphec retired in Greenburg with her husband and her son (Aaron) she got a job offer from Nahi Iaong who had heard of her. Nahi offered her a job to work on the Council so her and her husband moved to Sukabumi.

Dordlutt (Tortle, Divination School)- Dordlutt was born in Port Jade. It took her many years for her to realize her magical abilities. When she realized her power she decided to track down an old urban legend known as the seer. The Seer helped Dordlutt realize her full potential and power. For many years Dordlutt trained under the gaze of the Seer. When she was ready the Seer teleported Dordlutt straight into the halls of the Council. When she arrived there they were confused but Aranduth allowed Dordlutt to demonstrate her powers. When she showed her full powers she was given a job in the council.
Zamva Stillstrike-Tierstone (Human, Enchantment School)- Zamva is the daughter of Fenren and Loru. Since both of her parents are extremely talented mages she became a natural at magic. At a young age Zamva loved to play pranks, so she exceled at enchantment. When she came of age, she was offered a job working with the Council until the current Enchantment wizard died. When he died Nahi gave her the position within the council.
NOTABLE MEMBERS
Nahi Iaong (Human, War Magic)- Nahi Iaong is the most well respected leader of the Cerethian Council. For years Nahi traveled around the world from places like Beast Island to Black Rock looking for new wizards to recruit for the Council. Nahi retired from the council a couple of months earlier because he got a job in Greenburg. Nahi got a job acting as the Governor's bodyguard/advisor.
