The small ceramic container holds within it a a volatile and flammable mixture. As an action, you can throw this flask up to 20 feet, shattering it on impact. Make a ranged Attack against a creature or object. On a hit, everything within 5 ft. radius takes 1d8 times the alchemist's level fire damage. Additionally, the target must make a dexterity saving throw or be set aflame. At the beginning of their turn a creature on fire takes 1d6 points of fire damage. A creature can take an action to put themself out.
