Venyra Miradithas (a.k.a. Golden Feather Diviner)
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Tall and lanky. Pretty slim with a slight amount of muscle mass, as he prefers to use magic for most physical tasks whenever possible. That said, he could still run a rather decent distance if he needed to.
Facial Features
He has rather dark purple bags under his eyes, as he puts off trances whenever possible. His eyes are also typically droopy, as keeping them fully open just expends too much energy.
His freckles stand out considerably on his face, thanks to his soft white hair. However, they tend to blend in when he blushes, as he blushes incredibly darkly.
He has a small gash in his left eyebrow from a minor incident in his childhood. The scar it left behind is almost completely invisible, but the deep scar tissue prevents hair from growing.
Identifying Characteristics
He has a swath of dark freckles coating his entire body - all over his face, chest, arms, hands, legs, etcetc.
Physical quirks
His hair, though rarely styled, is washed frequently and brushed three times a day (if he can help it), and his nails are kept short but clean and well-manicured. He hates feeling dirty and will go to every length to ensure his body is kept clean.
Special abilities
He is a wizard specializing in Divination magic; As such, he expends far less energy when casting spells such as Scrying and Telepathic Bond.
Apparel & Accessories
If he had his own way, he would wear very simple loose, white tunics and plain brown trousers tucked into some traveler's boots (with his favourite purple hat on top!)
Be that as it may, his uniform consists of lots of green and silver accessories to mark him as an official Wizard working within the Gengalian Empire. He kinda hates it.

Personal history
Venyra grew up in an incredibly poor family who gave everything they had so he could succeed. He attended the best school they could afford, always had clean uniforms, and his belly was never vacant of food - though the same couldn't be said for his mothers.
Sexuality
Bisexual, though he's never dated and doesn't particularly care to.
Education
The best primary school his mothers could afford - so, a rather average one. He excelled in his classes, primarily those which dealt in magic. Once he graduated, he ended up earning a scholarship to a highly prestigious magic academy within Gengal (which doesn't have a name yet oops) whereupon he also attended and eventually graduated with honors.
Employment
He performed so well at the academy (specifically with his Divination studies) that he was immediately given a job opportunity within the Golden Feathers of Gengal, the official Wizard council of the country. He, of course, accepted. He works for the paychecks - so he can send home as much funding as possible to his mothers.
Mental Trauma
As a very young child (for Elves, being around 50) he had been bullied by other children for the state of his clothing as well as the slight lisp he bore.
Morality & Philosophy
Self-Improvement. The goal of a life of study is the betterment of oneself.
Anything is achievable through honest, hard work - and a few skipped hours of rest.

Social Aptitude
Terrible. He avoids interactions with others whenever possible, and when they absolutely cannot be avoided, he does whatever he can to make them end as fast as possible.
Hobbies & Pets
He has a small faerie dragon familiar named Nepehenee. She's adorable but stupid as hell. She can, of course, change forms, but she prefers her original skin - and Venyra prefers it as well.
A young, socially awkward wizard working very closely with the Gengalian Empire. He has a brilliant mind, but is very easily flustered.
