Cthone

To say "Cthone" is to say "earth." They are the same and different, one Shifted dramatically from the other, derivative and refined.   The year is 25eIII sometimes, unless it's not.   With the Crusades just beginning, the magical economy inflating to new heights, conflict is the currency of every realm.   But it will not be the Third Era forever. At some point all this fighting will end, and the people of Cthone will have to figure out how to live on this land in peace.   The question remains: Will there even be any land to live on?
