Ranks
- Baron - A Baron is a lord in a trial period. He has all the benefits of a Duke on the Council of Lords, but if he fails to uphold his duties, he may be expelled from the alliance by a majority vote by the higher ranked lords. A Baron may be promoted to Duke by the nomination of a higher ranked lord, and a majority vote by the higher ranks.
- Duke - Dukes are established lords who have proven their loyalty and support of allies. They can only be expelled from the alliance for egregious violations, which requires a two-thirds majority vote by the Dukes.
- King - The King presides over the other nobles and makes executive decisions. He also has the power to veto any decisions from the council. New institutions require the approval of the King before they can petition the council for alliance-wide endorsement.
