Personal history

Dax was gifted to Shabella Leolen when she was a young girl. When her parents were too busy, Dax was there to keep her company and play with her. As it turns out, even from that young age, Shabella could understand Dax's thoughts and feelings better than most. He would often take her into his home of Evercana Forest to play with other Sleatowings.
