Claddwyd (Buried) is a city that is one of the largest in the country and is still growing as it’s a mining community so the more land that they are expanding into eventually is acquired by the ever-growing population. No matter if its raw material or it’s a complete item it will have the stamp of the city on it to ensure the quality of the product. 
The settlement also geographically being near the ports helps with the trading of these items so that they are sold everywhere through travelling merchants, it also means that the demand is high both for the higher classes as a statement of wealth but also for the cities soldiers who use weapons made from the high quality material. Soliders that are gifted with weapons made from Claddwyd Iron are said to be blessed from the earth when they fight as the strength and power behind them is of the earth which as their closest element to a deity is high praise.
