I will conclude this thread by Sunday 11-21-21, considering any recommendations I have.

Temple ward will be difficult Templars.. Defiantly non of the places listed.... I'm thinking something right on the boarder of another ward.. Maybe even elysium.

Circle of Dust: The Waiting (Not written yet, but closest to different other parts of the city)
Templars: Garden of Heroes (Not written yet, but not a temple, not a shrine)
The Veiled: Copper Rat Tavern
Invictus: I will be selfish here... Cat's Delight. Not yet written. You know about this.

With the exception of the Invictus {personal choice is important)   I think we should use places alrdy written if possible so messages can be attached right now...they can always be moved later   Until we know more about the priests and there powers I'm not in favor of kindred walking around and marking locations inside the temple ward... If someone has information or an understanding I do not I'm open to looking at this differently.   What r ur thoughts on this Josiah?

These of good points. To clarify, any place that has a name can have a thread attached. Also any place that. Becomes a whisper will get written faster.   The temple ward will be an interesting one, im going to look at the map up close tonight and see what I see.  

Josiah will spend time in reconnaissance mode than speak with his Elder b4 openly placing others at risk ... But a fountain or park, or sitting area or reflection area would be ideal

ItsMeWhyAsk has started two very interesting discussions. Regarding two more whispers for the Sewers and for Downshadow.
  I am actually intrigued by both.
  We will start with the sewers which are a maze of miles of tunnels both civilized and other. Not a community really or at least not one the way a city or ward it. In addition as you seek Downshadow the very nature of the paths change mystically so I do not see a way to have "a Whisper" for the sewers. My gut tells me that each Whisper in each Ward already covers this. So the fishmarket in the Northmarket would handle anything regarding entering the sewers at this point. What is everyone's feedback.
  The second is a Whisper in Downshadow. This I absolutely agree with. ItsMeWhyAsk I will give you weight in the selection of this location, howver I will not allow this location to just be selected. This whisper will come from Role Playing and visiting Down Shadow. Down Shadow is slightly different that the top side city, it may resist your selection, or a location selected may not be as ignorant or blind to this selection. Sometime when you peer into the void something peers back. I will also wait for more of the locations in the maze to be discovered before this selection is decided. I look forward to everyone's feedback.

Down shadow Casino should not be Chosen for a whisper.... My thought would be something Off in a side cavern similar to what the gnolls occupied... Or in the slums....yes more RP the area needed.   I would also like to build a task force to kill that Damm shaman. You know the one that Malik had to fight on his own! Disrupting the ritual! Forcing him to retreat and saving Dae 😉

I have my own special way of mapping the sewers. (not the portal area) it won't be with cacophany. It's such a subtle move making it almost impossible to detect.

Ok as it stands any Cacophony information regarding the sewers will belong to each domains whisper. So if you want to mention something about the sewers under south market you will post a new thread in South Market Cacophony. This will hold true until there is a reason to change. And if you wanted to leave a note about all sewers you could create a thread in the Blood Halls Cacophony.

No Down Shadow whisper will be established until it has narratively been established through Chosen role playing, and any obstacles associated with it overcome.

Once all location articles have been finished I will republish the Whispers, but for now the Whispers are active an in use.
