Void

The Void is the place from which all things came. It is beyond the concept of boundaries and physical form and cannot be comprehended by the mortal races. It spawns physical entities at random, most of which cannot survive the harsh and chaotic conditions of the Void. The first thing to survive the Void was time itself. Eons later, it spawned the god and goddess, who were able to survive the void and find its edge at the Sidereal Plane. There they created magic and crafted the multiverse.   Creatures that are able to survive the Void and live there are typically immortal. These are considered angels by the World Synod of Craedock: not created by the god and goddess but spawned by the Void, they are known as Primordial Angels and are worshiped by Alienists, cultists who praise the Void and its spawn. The void is also believed to have spawned Thellkaeon and Alienists consider him its god.   The Void is considered to be a dark and chaotic, horrendous place of things spawning into existence and being torn to shreds by its turmoils. The mortal races thus worship the Duotheism for creating the safe haven that is the world so that all kinds of life may flourish.

Geography

As opposed to the Mortal Plane, which is three dimensional, the Void is infinite-dimensional. This makes its physical form very hard to conceive, and is often considered beyond mortal comprehension. Everything that spawns from it though has a random, finite number of dimensions. Most entities that can survive the Void though are less than ten dimensions.
