Volic

Volic was one of the two official languages of the Kadarin Empire, along with Imperial Araith. It was originally the language of the human tribe of Kadar, before they made contact with the elves.
In the present day, Volic is a dead language, although it is an ancestor of several languages spoken in the former area of the Kadarin Empire, such as Sicene, Iberica, and Neustrian. It is still used by scholars, historians, wizards, and the Kadarin Church.

Writing System

The Volic alphabet, which has been adopted for use by most of the Kadarin language family, originally had 23 letters.
