High Priest of Metus

The high priest of Metus in Kadar is the necromancer who cast the spell to turn himself and the royal family into liches, rendering the rest of the population undead at the same time. He claims that the spell was not intended to kill any sapient beings.   He first appears lurking in the shadows behind the Emperor's throne.
