Arbiter

Arbiter is the goddess of law, justice, and order. She is the final say in any case of extraplanar crime that happens. All contracts forged by devils or angels must first be approved by her, and if a party in said contract breaks a set agreement, all parties involved are transported to her domain for a trial to be held. Her domain takes the form of a large courtroom where she acts as judge and her angels act as jury.

Arbiter is a firm yet fair goddess. She is unwavering in her ideals of justice and wars against anything or anyone that would go against them. She is one of the gods most inclined to come down to Corian to do work, though much of her time is spent fighting incursions worming their way into the Celestial Plains. As such, she sends many of her angels to keep watch on the mortals. If one of her angels turns their back on Arbiter's ideals and she learns of this, they are teleported to her domain to feel her wrath.
