General Izcaritlanco became the first King and The Highest Priest.
After the signing of the Tussan Agreement, the Grand Generals divided the two continents among themselves. Each of them could rule his piece of land independently on the principles which suit him and which he followed in his life. The tropical, southern part of the eastern continent fell to General Izcaritlanco who, in order to control the difficult terrain, brought the monarchy to life with the capitol in Enochcote. He became the King and The Highest Priest. He had the ultimate power over the land and souls of his subjects. His wise rule ended with his death and the seizure of power by his son Tuatuanalco.
