Zorah

Zorah has better dams than their neighbors from Sidon, and so can relax a little more as far as the dangers of the sea are concerned.
However, they have the smallest yield of fish out of all four port cities, and so over time have focused on many other revenue opportunities.
For example, they have a lively business in blacksmithing, for which they obtain materials from Ammon's mines, and have specialized in shipbuilding as a direct competitor to Sidon.
Although they are more known for their fishing vessels and those for pleasure cruises, recently they have increasingly tried their hand at models for the army too.
Because of this building conflict, there has been bad blood between the two cities and their lords for a long time and they seem to be constantly on the verge of jumping at each other's necks.
Something that Lord Zorah's cheeky grin and well-placed quips don't exactly help.
At gatherings, the two always find themselves on opposite sides of the table and are purposefully kept away from each other.

The Lord Zorahs is a survivalist who knows how to exploit gaps in law, demand and cognisance to the fullest extent  for his benefit.
Due to his clever business and intricate plans he likes to provoke and mock those who are helpless against him, but crawls up the ass of those who are just as motivated.
