Sidon

Sidon, of all harbor cities, is most affected by storms, as they first hit the west coast, where it is located.
The city is periodically flooded, and its inhabitants are correspondingly cold.
It is known for building warships, catching exotic fish and the hard west accent that became popular from here.
Unofficially, it is also home to a bustling illicit sex market, which is largely fed by slaves, and several gambling houses where victims are filled up on booze and stripped down to their clothes.

Lord Sidon is a hard, choleric man who, in interactions, besides the preservation of the status quo, only stands up for his own well-being and the pride attached to it.
