Perga

The "scholarly city" of Perga, as the only one of its kind, collects all the knowledge of its culture in its endless libraries and administers it regularly. Much of its bureaucracy also passes through here, and such criminal/conflict cases that actually get a trial are brought to court here.
The city has chosen Primedis as its patron saint because of her close ties to knowledge and justice, and has erected a large monument in her honor in the marketplace where her worshipers gather for certain lunar festivals.
The city is otherwise characterized by magnificent architecture, white and gold decorated surfaces and an aura of upper class.
It has an eclectic market of high-end fabrics, perfumes, jewelry, and all manner of artifacts from around the world that is regularly visited by the country's nobility.
It is also home to a variety of artists who showcase their art in local theaters, galleries and even on street corners.

The Lord Tabals has not been in office long, as his father recently passed away. You can still see the lack of experience in many of his interactions and he, who is also aware of this, shows clear uncertainty at this point.
The other lords in turn circle around him like vultures, eager to influence him and take advantage of his naivety.
