Convergence, the clashing world

A world with only 3 surface continents, each one of them is at least 5 times the size of USA, the climates tend to be divided in strange ways, there is only one of the same type for each continent, except the third one, that is only dessert and tundra with a rumored paradise in the middle, not that many have seen it anyway.   The main continent has been host of almost all mayor events in Convergence, from the first sentient creatures to migrate, to the ascension of two gods, (Dwarves arrived first, then, elfs followed 300 years later, after their world was destroyed) now it is facing another kind of conflict, in the form of a treasure hunt.   For thousand of years, dwarfs and elfs were the only ones to roam the place but, with time, evil gods saw the potential of the world in two forms: -The arcane cristals that dwarfs used to forge an empire that still stands to this day. -The mighty life force of Convergence, the incredible symbiosis of animals and plants, any beast from any place could find a place to live in this world, almost as if the elves were back with Corellion, almost. Because of this issue and the unexpected raise of drow and duegar that followed, both races decided that after the banishment of the traitors, they would fight over the right to open Convergence from the magical seal that stopped anyone from reaching the world. Dwarfs argued that without trade routes and the slow breeding process of both races their kingdoms would fall just so the evil gods could take whatever they pleased. Elfs argued that opening the gates to people would lead to the enemy to arrive.   In the end dwarfs won and allowed other races to arrive, dragons being the very first to arrive, in the form of Tiamat and Bahamut. Beggining the draconic era, from which all fantasy races arrived, except one, humans, after 57000 years with no presence they became but a myth, even forgotten to oral tradition.   Now for the last 130 years, humans were found in the second continent with the intention to expand their business and show how fast their technology has grown above the others, even when they didn't have any magic to use in the world where they have come from and evolved from. Earth.   (this world involves a wide range of themes, as well as technologies, so be advise that it is not weird to hear from a wizard elf that had a human cowboy for a bodyguard, sounds rather silly but not all is meant to be taken so seriously to begin with).
