Founding a Stronghold

Darkness had raged over the whole of Continental for years. There was great dying and the deaths of Humans, Fairies and Beasts occurred for no reason any could understand. Then one day four humans decided to go on a journey. At the end of the journey the humans were arranged as one leader and three squires when they arrived at a massive oasis in the middle of the southern desert. The leader, called master Zon by his squires looked at the landscape and called it a fine place for a Stronghold. So they built a place to train more young Knights to fight so that the world could have human protectors and bring back light. The first squire, called Wadeihg created The Wanderer Knights so that the protection of humans could extend to all of Continental. Then the second squire, called Unsa created the Assassin knight so they could protect against threats that swords couldn't effect. Finally the third squire, called Halio created the Artisan Knight so that they would have the means to perform this duty. This day of founding is the basis of the new years celebration. Though the new years celebration has grown to include other myths.

The Knights' Stronghold exists and is in the oasis of the southern desert.

Common knowledge within the Knights' Stronghold, slightly less well known anywhere they have influence. Not well known outside of those circles.

Variations & Mutation

Some say that the squires joined the founder during their journey.

Cultural Reception

It is very important to the Stronghold and still relevant to the rest of the world as why the new year is that day.
