A small and magical planet, Conchant is imbued with the life-energy known as Anym. This substance makes up the dense core of the planet and, upon contact with the surface, cools into magnificent white and light blue colored crystals. In another form, Anym also directly flows through all living beings and is the source of all magic.
Over the years, Anym crystals have become a symbol for wellness and healing, as have the Sages of Anym that dedicate their lives to researching this force. So when the most venerated, ancient crystal formations throughout the land begin to turn an inky black, it is seen as an omen of great evil. Something must be corrupting the very essence of life on this planet...
