Humans of a former era, Composites are those who have been reborn under Machine jurisdiction. They make up the majority of Earth's dwindling populace in the New Era.

Their ancestors once shared a common consciousness and knew unprecedented success thanks to the marvels of the Network. But their progress was quickly usurped, as knowledge and experience was siphoned from their inexhaustible corpses.
