Imagine a world where mechs and werewolves live side by side. A world where your grumpy next door neighbor is a fairy and the peppy little girl down the road can shoot fireballs from her hands. This is a world where magic and science have made way to create powerful people and creatures alike. Of course, there are troubles with a world like this. Powerless people don't trust people with powers and call them "Hazzards." Bearing a tattoo of their burden, these people have nowhere to hide. They find it hard to get and hold down jobs, and even to find a place to live. These people have a story to tell and some may find themselves in more trouble they can imagine.
