The God of Storms, Farming, and War

Ulo (oo-LOH)
Sometimes called 'The Silent God', due to the fact he rarely speaks to the other gods, or his followers. Instead his followers relate to 'feeling his presence' in more vague terms than others.
His will upon the world can be seen readily. His domain is all storms, from small snow flurries and showers to hurricanes and all things between. As such he is also a god of farmers, and crops. Farmers are some of his most devout worshipers praying for rain, and healthy cattle.
This third domain is also fairly popular. Soldiers and generals give prayers to him before they enter battle, but he is a god of War, on the grander scales.
Because of his multifaceted nature and relations to mortals he has three major aspects that are worshiped almost as minor gods to themselves.

Appearance: Ulo oft appears as a blue human with war-markings in white. Though he is more often human has shown himself as an elf, a dwarf, or any of the other races within The Empire. The main commonalities are the blue skin, and the white markings.
While sometimes appears as the race of the person he is talking to, exceptions have been noted.
