Goddess of Love, Vengeance, and Charm

Kula (koo-LAH) is a multifaced goddess. She is a goddess of infinite compassion and love, and a goddess of infinite vengeance and hatred. Those that earn her ire are quick to discover the many folded paths that she has to exact her revenge. More importantly, she is not one to forget about her anger. There have been stories told of entire families with generations long issues from a slight against the goddess.
She is not one to get angry easily however, but there are things that will earn her ire faster than anything: lies about affairs of the heart are one of them. It is said that she takes a particular interest in those that confess false love. Her sister, Yaora, The Goddess of Lust, is said to have sway for those that wish to engage in such things.
Interestingly, she doesn't have an issue with casual sex, or fleeting love. Many people have thrown themselves at the feet of the goddess praying for retribution to a lover who has fallen out of love only to see that nothing befalls them. Her issues are not with those of a simple broken heart, but to those that have been mislead, and whose love for another was used against them.
Kula's churches are often homes to brothels, whore houses, and other delights of the flesh. Physical intimacy is something that she delights in, though often people leave with a sense of emotional calm as well--if this is the blessing of the goddess, or a testament to the skill of the workers is anyone's guess.
Her churches also, commonly, offer lessons and teachings about such things as intimacy, and charm. "It does no one a service", the clerics say, "if you have a love but are unable to express it, through words or act."
They will often perform services for the general public--in the way of curing diseases, and helping with families--for little to no charge.
