The Progressive League is ready for the next stage of their plans.

The 100 Families, have reached an agreement. They wanted to be free of the controls and oversight of the Terran Republic, as they knew some of their interest were not acceptable to their ideals. They had built in the hundred and twenty odd years, Fiefdoms, but they also found a need for collective points. This meant they had to have an over arching body that at least kept standards on things such as education, medial and health, one body to deal with the Independent Regulatory Boards.

They had formed a council of 14 who had worked to make a constitution that suit their aims and plans. This is what they put forward in a petition to the Terran Republic, to become a Nation in their own right.
