Qualifications

Which are the qualifications that need to be attained before acquiring the this title? Does she need a Bachelor's degree before getting a Doctorate? Do they need basic training before applying to become an officer? Has he passed your medical exam? The need to have worked in Government office or department, have complete the Ruling Government Course that covers the non-public side of the presidential position, it also teaches all necessary knowledge of the position, garnished from previous holders of the position.

Requirements

Which aspects must be compiled with to be eligible for the rank? Should she be of a certain age, height, or species? Does he have to have had an ancestor of the same rank? To hold the office, you must be over the age of 65 and be of good character, you may have been in government office for at least 3 years, but prefer five. They can not be holding any position in the government to be a candidate. To become a candidate you must have support of three regions, and have majority (85%) of the vote.

Appointment

How is a person raised to this rank? Is there a special ceremony or ritual? Must it be conferred by a specific person? If the candidate win the vote, then they have 3 month hand over with the out going holder of the position. Then at the date of the new term, a swearing in ceremony is held, where they will take the oath of the office, before the Senior of the their Faith.

Duties

What moral obligation are associated with the rank? For example, taking care of the morale of your men, giving to charity, telling new students the social cliques of your university. To uphold the constitution of the Terran People/Nation, to protect and administer the governing body, to officiate at all meeting with Allies.

Responsibilities

The tasks associated with the rank. For example, day-to-day maintenance of engines, calculating corporate tax, mucking out the stables. They are the chief of the government, and so must administer according to the duties set in the constitution of the Terran Government.

Benefits

Monetary, material, political or otherwise? The position is paid a salary, it also has a pension for when they retire from all public life, and holds no other means of income. The person has a right to protection as is fitting for the position.

There are objects of office, that are historically significant, the holder of the position has no specific uniform if they are civilian, if military trained and hold current rank then at official functions, it is expected to be worn.
