History

The history of the Tradition. How did it begin? How did it evolve/change through the ages? Which were the factors that affected the change?

The Confederacy wanted to mark their achievement of become something beyond the labels that they were given over the eighty years or more of hardship they had endured to reach this point. The ceremony was planned for a good year or more, after they jumped through the hoops of establishing themselves as a Nation.

The Tania, the heads of the clans, and likely some of the others who have achieved some status or contributed to the day in a significate way

They picked the date for the showing of the paper copy of their constitution, their Independence, being self-supporting was something they all worked for, so it was used to mark the day.
