Climate Eyes

In the reign of mankind's space colonization, the fear of invaders didn't dissapear - just shift. Reminisent of their feudal past before leaving Earth.

In the far reaches of space in 2167, mankind finds a solar system similar to us - including the "New Earth" that would easily be settled for occupation. Thus, the new planet is named Luvenis - based on the latin term for Youth.   However, there already is a people, different yet still there. These people are called the Candeti Oculis - also based on a latin term except focusing on the glowing eyes of these individuals. While different in appearence and background, a few of mankind had found a way to contact the Candeti (or Luvenisians as some called them). Contact and influence was made, notably the Germans, Russians, and both Americans and English had help refine their technology and began trade. However, this would last long as the Cultura Empire was crumbling apart, and a few have just given what certain ethnic nationalists what they needed, weapons to dethrone the Empire. Titan states had also been formed for countries not colonized by the Empire through this trade.   Another element was thrown into the chaos with the last contact groups from humanity to the Luvenisians were the extremists, a few where able to influence political ideals in exchange of the Luvenis's materials. Kaisers, collectivists, and hyper fanatics (as some Luvenisians believed they were gods) had been formed in the planet.   As mankind left the planet (as trade was not possible and there was no point to stay when there are many other solar systems to take over), Luvenis was stuck in a complete great war. Its as if to the remaining humans studing above that the era of the Fall of Rome and the destruction of the first great world war had combined.    Its been a long time since 2167, long enough that almost all who have been with humans are gone from the war.
