Cleftworld

A world of dwindling magic, lands ravaged by past conflicts, leaving strange and powerful relics that yet dominate the landscape. A planet that was once cut in half, yet survived. Once ruled by almighty wizards, their squabbles and strifes grew until they threatened the structure is reality; so, to save themselves, they chose to limit their own power and have since all but passed out of the world. Their inheritors have since formed countries, kingdoms, and empires upon the lands, scavenging and struggling over the powerful artifacts the wizards left behind.
