"The Black Cat"

A mysterious rogue criminal who's been plaguing the city of Pelens for the past year and a half. Extremely elusive and a highly capable burglar, the government is offering a now 10,000gp reward for their arrest and capture.
The Black Cat seems opposed to violence, preferring to simply steal things without causing harm. The Guild has tried several times to contact the Cat and recruit them to the guild's service, but much to their dismay, only once received a reply which said in cut-out newspaper clippings "Suck my nuts, losers". Now, many in the Guild have some to resent the rogue burglar as they frequently interfere in Guild business and gigs, seemingly for no other reason than to mess with them. Morden Hayworth in particular is vexed by the Cat and has repeatedly petitioned Marissa Blackbeam for plans to be set in motion to find and eliminate this competition, but has thus far had little luck.
