A Vampire that works for the Grand Council and was friends/rivals/ex-coworkers(?) with Alice.
He looks kinda edgy like a vampire from a teen movie.
He visited Alice personally to give her the summons to the Grand Council after she had ignored the first summons. He threatened her that he would come back with Cassius if she did not cooperate.S7
He was also present when Alice did eventually go to the summons, he did not seem to be aware of Lucius's abilities since he seemed suprised when Alice cutting his throat did not kill him.S9
