Smelling Salts

Adventuring Gear Varies

A small concoction of altered salts, typically found in a capsule that holds enough for one use.To use a capsule of smelling salts takes an action but cures the following:

  • Removes the need for a Long Rest for Injuries from the Lingering Injuries table for 1 hour.
  • Removes the Poisoned status unless the poison applied was magical in nature.
  • Has a 50% chance to remove the Frightened effect for 1 minute.
  • Instantly awakens Unconscious creatures unless they were magically put to sleep. 
Each use of Smelling Salts subjects the user to a DC 8 Con save lest they become addicted.
