White Cabal

While not recognized as a full kingdom, due more to it's scattered people than a lack thereof, the White Cabal has global reach. This collection of dangerous beings are not to be trusted as they feed on the living, usually through charm and romance. While they will hold to the Laws of Hospitality rather than risk the wrath of the Fae, they hold more to the letter than the spirit. While not as recognizable as a threat, that does not mean one should take any member of the Cabal for granted.
