Jack's Watering Hole

Jack's was opened by Jack Kruger in 1990. The long, narrow bar area has an L shaped bar with 12 seats, along with three booths, three tables, and a jukebox. At the far side, the area opens up to include a seven foot pool table, an counter for orders coming out of the kitchen, men's and women's restroom, and a couple tall tables for the patrons using the pool table.   The bar is open Tuesday through Saturday until midnight, or until Jack feels like going home. Juan runs the kitchen, while Kate serves the food and cleans up. Jack normally runs the bar, though Kate has been known to help out on the rare busy day.

Architecture

Aluminum exterior. Pitched roof. Mobile Home-esque.

History

The building was built in 1976, but was abandoned by 1981. Jack bought the building in 1988, remodeled, and opened Jack's in 1990.
