The Caitiff

The Caitiff of Chicago have little-to-no organisation. Other than the fact that all of them are Anarchs and belong to one Anarch Coterie or another, they have very little to do with each other. They share no sense of common identity, and tend to hold the whole concept of Clans in contempt. To them, this is the modern age and such ancient concepts are no longer of any importance.
