In the early 2000's the world we know was plunged into an apocalypse when higher powers experimented with biotechnology and mutation. Seeking to benefit themselves, then in turn released something exponentially worse upon the world. As decay spreads and the living begin to turn, change and contort, you must do what you can to survive in a world that wants to be dead.
Electricity seems nothing but a distant memory to those that have outlived the initial years of this virulent plague. Weapons and supplies stand between morality and decency as people turn to inhumane tactics to live another day in this hellscape.
