Mind Labyrinth

Mind Labyrinth
9th-level enchantment
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 120 feet
Components: V, S, M (a silver mirror and a strand of hair from the target)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 hour
Mind Labyrinth is a potent enchantment that targets the mind, creating an intricate maze within the psyche of your chosen target.
Psychic Entrapment: Choose one creature that you can see within range. The target must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw or become trapped within a labyrinth of their own thoughts. While trapped, the target is incapacitated and unaware of its surroundings, though it doesn't require food, water, or air. Each turn the target spends in the labyrinth, it takes 2d10 psychic damage.
Mind Maze Navigation: At the end of each of its turns, the trapped target can make an Intelligence saving throw. On a success, the target escapes the labyrinth, ending the spell. For each consecutive failed save, the DC for this saving throw decreases by 1, as the target slowly finds its way through the mental maze.
Illusionary Doubles: If the target remains trapped for more than 3 turns, illusionary doubles of itself and its allies appear within its mind, engaging it in combat or conversation. These illusions are entirely real to the target and can interact with it in a seemingly physical and emotional manner.
Echoes of the Mind: You can use your action to view and hear what the target is experiencing in the labyrinth, but this does not allow you to control the illusions or the labyrinth itself.
Psychic Resonance: If the spell ends before the target escapes the labyrinth, the target is stunned for 1d4 rounds due to the mental shock of returning to reality.
  Subclasses: Illusion Wizard, Archfey Warlock
Optional/Variant Classes: Bard, Sorcerer
