An imperial army

 The Imperial army is the military force that is directly under the control of the family of the Empress this army exist to defend the borders as well as the capital city It does occupy a few extra forts besides the great wall and the borders forts but for the most part it is a small military force that exist to defend the borders while the 3 great warlords  A master individual armies for war

Independent Armies

 The 3 warlords that rule the 3 Imperial provinces have their own armies that they call upon in times of war these armies surprisingly are also charged with delivering lawn Justice as well as keeping each cast in line However these armies are much larger then the empress  Army and if it was not for the loyalty of the other 2 warlords 1 warlord could easily overtake the Empress's power  However throughout history by are being a few times the warlords have all been loyal to the Empress and in times when their husbands Civil War usually at only one warlord turning against The Empress the 3 clans  Specialize in different forms of warfare 
Wu:  The Wu a specialize in heavy infantry based warfare relying on the use of  Access how birds in glaves as their primary weapons As well as using the Dow soared on occasion They also like the use of fire in battle and their archers will rely on fire arrows when available
Shu: specialize  In the art  The art of subterfuge and  Guerrilla warfare pro fearing to lower enemies into positions that are strategically advantageous for smaller armies And will focus on targeting things such as enemy supply lines  In tricking enemies and 2 battles they cannot win 
Coa: the coa  Rely on the use of both heavy and light Calvary and prefer battles on horseback their horse archers are skilled talented Warriors along with their rapid Calvary forces being able to quickly enter a battle mop up the enemy and then excape and move on to the next battle While they do have regular infantry forces these forces are mostly used as Garrison troops while they have their specialized armies of Calvary that are able to move from place to place entirely on their own
