Adum, God of Air and the Wind

Adum is a curios and adventurous deity representing Air and the Wind.

Description

Adum's Mortal body is that of a large Aarakocra resembling an Albatross. He is depicted wearing leather clothes reminiscent of the clothing of Wendran Aviators and a pair of Aviator goggles.

Personality

Adum's Personality was just like the wind. Mostly easygoing and curios, but he could also get cold and harsh if someone disrespects him.

Divine Realm

Adum has his seat in the Arch of Clouds, a humongous, spread-out, arch-like building made from cumulus clouds in the Elemental Plane of Air. The "Arch" has hundreds of Airship harbours incorporated into it and travellers looking for a peaceful place to stay in the Elemental Plane are always welcome here.

Worshippers

Adum is mostly worshipped by Aviators and Airship sailors, as well as Aarakocra. As the patron deity of the Wendran city Soaring Cliff, he is also worshipped by its population. There is also a temple of Adum and Taimon in Kuron.

History

In 1358 AA, before the gods fell from divinity, Adum developed a small grudge against two Adventurers from Al Eazam, Mr. Chrrrr and Necroslut, as the two of them stole his biggest ship, the GhirOne (now known as the DGV Flying Boner).   Before the Spellplague his petrified, mortal body was kept in the monastery (which was dedicated to him) of the Wendran city Soaring Cliff.   During the Spellplague Adum went on adventures with several deserted airship captains from Wendra in the newly discovered continent of Skaro, before he was ascended again by Vero'Mas.
