Wizard: Auromancy
Gold runs the world, and Wizards of Auromancy take this to the extreme. Auromancers can be identified by heavy robes covered in various gems and golden trinkets. Ex-Auromancers claim they cover themselves to not show the fact they have replaced body parts with gold. Most Auromancers belong to wealthy merchant families and are the result of an obsession with gold, although, a lucky few have crept their way into various Kingdoms, and Cities as "Keepers of Coin".
Gold Mine
Why wait for people to give you gold when you can make your own? Starting at 2nd level whenever you finish a long rest roll 4d20. Whatever the result of the roll you gain that much GP.Dowsing Senses
Gold is always hiding around every corner and sometimes it's not even made of gold! Starting at 2nd level you can sense nearby valuables. You have Dowsing Charges equal to half your Wizard level rounded down. You may expend a Dowsing Charge to sense valuables within a 30-foot radius of yourself. At 6th level the range increases to 60 feet and you can sense the exact GP value of these items.Component Transference
Everything has its value no matter how small. Starting at 6th level you gain the ability to add the cost of items to spell components. Any spells that require GP to cast can now have that cost filled by any items you have on you. Using items to cast a spell will permanently destroy the items, and if there would be leftover gold from an item you may add that to your current GP total.Golden Hoard
YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MUCH GOLD! Starting at 10th level you gain the ability to create an extradimensional space to store and protect your wealth. You can use your action to store nonmagical currency or precious gems you are carrying into your Hoard, or deposit anything from your Hoard in a free space within 5 feet of yourself. The total GP value stored in your Hoard cannot exceed 100 times your wizard level. If you are to die your gold will spill out of a portal onto the place you have perished. While your Hoard isn't empty your skin, eyes, or hair take on a golden hue. You gain 1 temporary hit point for each 100 GP of value in the Hoard whenever you finish a Long or Short Rest. The Golden Touch
I ALWAYS THOUGHT YOU WOULD LOOK BETTER IN GOLD! Starting at 14th level you gain the powers of The Golden Touch. As an action, you can attempt to turn a creature you touch into solid gold. You cast the Flesh to Stone spell, with the following modifications: - This spell has a range of touch and doesn't require concentration. - Once petrified, the creature turns into a statue of gold instead of stone. The statue is worth a number of GP equal to 100 times its challenge rating (minimum of 20 GP). After targeting a creature with this feature, you can't use it on that same creature again. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend a spell slot of 6th level or higher to use it again.Remove these ads.
