Centrelis

at the center of the system Centrelis is orbited by Highscape, the Plane of Light, and Netherreach, the plane of Darkness. Centrelis has a 30 hour day/nigh cycle with 10 hours of daylight 10 hours of darkness separated by 5 hours of twilight. the south pole is always in darkness and the north is always in light.   Since Highscape and Netherreach are in a constant orbit there are no seasons on Centrelis. instead the different climates just range from a dessert in the north to tropical then temperate then tundra at the south. The planet is hollow. many naturally occurring caves and tunnels run through the planet and even down to it's core where "Mother" is said to live.   the majority of the planet is unexplored due to people being the second intelligent race to populate the land. Dragons tried t teach them when they first became self aware but after seeing them as weak and as a whole pathetic left them to their small countries and dissuaded them from exploration for the majority of written history.   however more humans are discovering magical abilities and the dragons are disappearing. magic was once held secret from humans but more and more are discovering the powers that lay in the center of the world and are using it to become more powerful.
