Governor scholars

Governor scholars are a class of teachers that specialize in teaching leadership skills and best governor practices. This group was started on the continent of Owhua by the Educar School of Governors. However, once they partnered with the Leadership League the Governor scholars spread to the other continents. These teachers are former governors, village leaders, and others that had been in leadership positions within their towns, clans, or businesses.   The first set of teachers at the Educar School of Governors set up the requirements and guidelines for teaching. They did base a lot of their ideas on the example of Lady Serenity and Regent Callides. Now the first requirement to be allowed to teach and be a part of the Governor scholars is you are to have experience in leadership positions in at least two different ones. To have studied different historical leaders from not only the Meeklake and Willowrange area. Many of the teachers are scholars who have done a lot of research on different leadership styles and types.   There have been several former students who have returned to teach and become a part of the Governor scholars. There is now a part that focuses more on teaching how to teach leadership skills. Even so, the requirements to be a part of the Governor scholars still stand they need practical experience. Once the Leadership League discovered and partnered with the school, the school was able to provide apprenticeships further than just on Owhua. The League of Leadership has also adopted many of the practices of the Educar school of Governors. The Governor scholars are one of the groups that help set up the Leadership Leagues gatherings. Besides the Leadership league the Governor scholars are well known around Central Haven as the ones that guide the best leaders in this age.
