Starlight Sentinel

A race created by The Creator before Seraphim and Wraiths were ever conceived. They were objective servants to the broader goal of both The Creator and The Destroyer (at the time) to hold the created world together. They do not follow the commands of either and continue in the duties given to them upon creation.

Anatomy

Sentinels do not have a set physical form, but tend to appear as large mechanical beings, armored warriors, or statues. Their appearance correlates with their specific function,

Genetics and Reproduction

Starlight Sentinels are constructs incapable of reproduction or replenishing their numbers without the involvement of the The Creator and The Destroyer in tandem. Such was the intricacy that went into their genesis, that the cooperation of the Twin Gods was absolutely required.

Ecology and Habitats

As stewards of creation, Sentinels can traverse any environment with ease. Space travel, molten lands, and crushing depths are all the same to these beings.

Social Structure

Sentinels rarely interact with one another, as they are completely able to perform the purpose they were made for. However the widespread destruction caused by the forces of The Destroyer and the far reaching consequences of damaging the infrastructure of the universe, Sentinels have had more reason to work as groups and even with Seraphim and the Agents of Heaven  on occasion.

Civilization and Culture

Average Technological Level

As creations made from the combined powers of the Twin Gods, Sentinels are equipped with some of the greatest physical capabilities, magic, and materials for weapons and armor possible. This makes them a serious threat to any that would threaten the balance of the universe or its continued existence as was defined to them at creation.

Sentinels do not speak any language per say. They communicate directly to the minds of other creatures they need to, without error or interpretation required.

Historical Figures

Helsvregr was the first of their race and has been the de-facto leader of the mystical beings ever since.

Usually appearing as towering figures around 15 ft. tall, they are also able to change size at will.
