Captain Morton Cornbeard

He grew up among the sewer rats in Jago, growing in notoriety. He was took in by a pirate company, and he slowly rose through the ranks until he mutinied against his captain. He took his title and ship, and began raving and raping throughout the region. During an exchange of powers in the leadership of Jago, Cornbeard struck when he saw the opportunity. He stole the city out from under the other captain, claiming it as his own. It has been his seat of power for 4 years now, longer than most.
