The Ember Enclave

A deeply secret organization, though known throughout Khilland by reputation, little is truly known about the inner workings and purposes of the Ember Enclave.  Unashamedly cruel and brutal, with immense efficacy, they are some of the most feared peoples in all of Canton - Nine Isles.
Reports of their brutality range back to the early Age of Reclamation, and those reports show how little the organization has changed.  Uniformed in shades of yellows and orange, with dragon-shaped masks covering their faces, and wielding the powers of fire, the Ember Enclave strikes whoever necessary to further their ambiguous goals.  Lately it is believed they are behind recent attacks on caravans that have destroyed the worth of the gold piece.  The charred ground around the caravans and suspicious lack of evidence anywhere nearby point to this elusive group.

Structure

Proctor Zakryatin oversees the whole of the organization from their hidden base.  Below him are the four elders, Elder Vodovatov, Elder Yemelyan, Elder Bagrov, ,and Elder Zinon.The Ember Swords are the higherst-ranking cultists seen outside of their base, clad in their burning armor.  The Ember Knights are common heavily armed and armored combatants, often protecting the Ember Pages who fill out the rest of the membership.  Knights wear orange-painted armor, while pages wear orange robes.  All hide their faces with dragon masks.

Culture

The Ember Enclave are highly combative and greedy, truly and deeply evil.  No member has ever defected.

Public Agenda

The agenda of the Enclave is mysterious, and they won't readily disclose it.  It's very possible their lesser members do not even know their end goals.
