Perrot

The Perrot (Pronounced pay-ROH) are the original inhabitants of the scablands.  Their existence was unknown or merely rumored to the other inhabitants (The Glacehom to the north, Kabekona to the south) until outside forces began to colonize the wastes.  It is believed the the Perrot are giant-kin, and possibly distant relatives of the Glacehom.
For medically unknown reasons Perrot children are born as either a firperrot (Firbolg) or gulperrot (Goliath), a major biological difference referred to as their "calling".  This does not align with time, gender, nor the calling of their parents.  Two firperrot could mate and produce a gulperrot.  The Perrot believe that a child's calling is a marker, illuminating their destiny in the family.  The Firperrot are destined to lead their families through words and nature, while the Gulperrot are expected to defend their families through strength and brute force.
If you are playing a Perrot, you should decide on if you are a firperrot or gulperrot, and whether you accept your calling or rail against it.
