Staray: 8ft long creatures travel in swarms across the galaxy. Have heavily armored exoskeletons that resemble earth's manta rays that are made of bone that has absorbed large amounts of iron turning it red A Staray that stops moving will take years to get back up to speed By moving extremely fast around a planet they will eventually reach orbital velocity after which they will keep going exponentially faster until they reach velocity that will allow them to sling shot around the solar systems sun until eventually they get to speeds that are best displayed as fractions of light speed and launch themselves from the solar system aiming for the next Once a swarm reaches a solar system with large amounts of bio-material and iron they will consume all insight and reproduce then move on to the next solar system
