Devin Darvin

College of Valour Bard

Devin Darvin is a member of the Candlekeep Adventuring Party and wields magic, singing, and playing his lute with equal verve.

Pre-Campaign

Devin Darvin is one of the most famous men in all of the Sword Coast. A masterful bard and adventurer of great renown, there are few who do not know of his many exploits.
He gained his fame through telling the stories and singing the epic ballads of his daring adventures, where he and his companions, but mostly Darvin himself, complete daring acts of heroics and skill, including the slaying of dragons.
He has a rivalry with other famed bard, Marietta .
While he claims that he was at the forefront of most of these adventures, it has been posited by some that he most likely was not nearly as effective in these stories as he makes himself out to be. He is considered to be a washed up, has been by some, but there are those who are still loyal to him and request his assistance with their plights, like a young fan from Candlekeep named Irony, who called him to Candlekeep in order to help find a missing person.

In an attempt to distract Crinkle from the rest of the party breaking into her room, Devin put on an impromptu concert in the kitchen of the Firefly Cellar. He played his lute and sang for some time and for several encores while the rest managed to find the book that Gailby had told them about, and finished to great applause.
